One of the major reasons that EaseUs, Stellar, Wondershare RecoverIt, MiniTool, Disk Drill, AOMEI, and all those other mass market programs are garbage, is that they either do nothing to warn people against running their product on a damaged drive, or even (RecoverIt, Disk Drill) encourage users to do it! It's absolutely irresponsible, uncaring, dishonesty, but they have your money and they don't care. Unfortunately, by the time they came back, some or all the people were already burned up.
