Sadly, if this data is important, you 95% likely now need a pro when you would not have before, and you have EaseUs and their shit misrepresentation of their shit product to blame for it. Unfortunately for you, that ship has sailed, and you wasted what was likely the last good read anyone will ever get on that drive, on your EaseUs scan.

The ONLY acceptable DIY option is to clone the drive with a utility like hddsuperclone or ddrescue (instructions in right margin), and then to scan and extract your files from the clone or image with a good tool like GetDataBack, R-Studio, or Reclaime. Even if you could get a refund, what does that do for getting your now-ruined data back? One of the major reasons that EaseUs, Stellar, Wondershare RecoverIt, MiniTool, Disk Drill, AOMEI, and all those other mass market programs are garbage, is that they either do nothing to warn people against running their product on a damaged drive, or even (RecoverIt, Disk Drill) encourage users to do it! It's absolutely irresponsible, uncaring, dishonesty, but they have your money and they don't care. Unfortunately, by the time they came back, some or all the people were already burned up. Once that inventory is done, they would come.backntonget everyone, now that they knew where and who they all were. Imagine if the fire department had a burning apartment building to rescue the people from, but they just went through the building taking down names and locations, but not actually collecting the people. EaseUs read through the entire drive, working it to death, to make you a list of files that would be pulverized by the time you circled back around to pick them up. If you hang around here enough, you will see me or another local pro telling you that you always operate as if every time you read a sector from a drive might be the last time that sector can ever be read again. When you came back around to get it, it wasn't readable anymore. While EaseUs was doing its scan and happily noting everything it saw, your data was being ground into magnetic dust.

The principal problem here is that when a drive is damaged, it does nothing but get worse. It is a file recovery product that can run in healthy media only. The first thing you need to understand is that EaseUs is not suitable for running directly on a failing device. Professional help may still be available at an affordable level if you don't make it worse. You screwed yourself with the EaseUs run.
